Step 1:
Go to Power Options
Step 2:
USB selective suspend setting
Disable them
If you don’t have USB selective suspend setting do the following:
1. Open notepad and save this script as script.reg

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\2a737441-1930-4402-8d77-b2bebba308a3\48e6b7a6-50f5-4782-a5d4-53bb8f07e226] "Attributes"=dword:00000002
3. Open CMD and run the following command

powercfg -restoredefaultschemes
5. Reboot PC
6. Now try to do Step 2
Reboot and check if Bluetooth back to work.
