FreePBX 14 – Fix UCP Alert xhr poll error

1. If after login to User Control Panel (UCP) you see this pop-up error:

2. Go to FreePBX Administration -> Admin -> Module Admin

3. Expand these modules:


Conferences Pro

Select ‘Uninstall’ on both and then ‘Process’ -> Confirm

4. When it finishes and shows Done, connect with some user to UCP – like:


5. Wait at least 10 sec and ensure you don’t see the error alert anymore.
